BYLAWS
(Last Updated: January 2, 2025).
Bylaws:
Bylaws are the municipal regulations that guide the work of the Town. The Town Council, in conjunction with Town Staff, provide the framework for the function, procedures, and fees for town services. Bylaws complaints and violations are monitored and enforced by the Twin Rivers Commmunity Safety Officer. The Twin Rivers District shares an officer who responds to complaints and concerns regarding Bylaws, and relevant Provincial Statutes. The Officer will follow-up registered complaint files by stopping by the residence and leaving a door knocker if you are not home.
