TOWN GALA SCHEDULE - Friday, September 10, 2021

☀️ Town Gala Dinner Fundraiser!  Watch facebook for any updates!   Schedule: Cocktails 5pm, Dinner 6pm, Entertainment 7pm, Dance to Follow, with Silent Auction, Food Truck, and Bar Service until 1:00am.   At New Community Centre, 703-2nd Street East.

☀️ Threshing & Grand Opening Celebration - At the Museum:  Corner of Main Street & Railway Street

*ALL Parking Angle Parking along Main Street.  No Parking on the Museum Grounds and Grass.  Absolutely no parking along roadways of Railway Street.  West Museum Parking Lot for Event Volunteers Only.  Washroom Access at Museum.

  • 10:30-11:30am - Museum of Wheat Threshing Demo - Free
  • 11:30am-1:00pm - BBQ fundraiser lunch and bake sale - Costs as posted
  • 1:00-1:30pm - Centennial Park Ribbon Cutting Ceremony - Cake to follow - Free
  • 1:30-3:00pm- Live Music - Donny Parenteau - Free - Bring your own lawn chair / blanket
  • Museum Tours - self guided tours available of the buildings and grounds, and NEW historical signs!

☀️ Kids Corn Maze - At Teddi & Jonathon Dears (101-2nd Avenue South): Corner of 3rd Avenue South & 2nd Street East
*ALL Parking access from southwest corner of property.  Absolutely No Parking on roadways.  No washroom access. Watch for signs!!

  • 2:00-3:30pm - CORN MAZE and kids activities - Bouncy castle, Photo Station - Entrance by Donation
  • 2:00-3:30pm -  Snack Station - includes snowcones, candy bags, popcorn - Prices posted, plus free beverages

☀️ Fall Festival - NOW AT NEW LOCATION - 703-2nd Street East, New Community Centre Grounds.
*ALL Parking in Hepburn Gospel Church Parking Lot, Community Centre Parking Lot, and Arena Parking Lot.   No Parking on Grass Areas, or on Roadways.  All Guests must access the venue through the Admission Gate - look for the flag!  Washroom Access will be Porta-Potties at the Park.  *Map COMING SOON!

  • 3:30pm - Gates open - admission $20/family pass, $5/individual pass.  NEW: You will receive a stamp so you can come and go from the venue as needed.   All Guests, please enter venue through Admission Gate.
  • 3:30-10:30pm - Food Trucks - *Pioneer Meats - Henry Dyck, from Hepburn, *Biggar Bites, & *Full Bellies
  • 3:30-6:30pm - Petting Zoo - Jim's Petting Zoo - Free with admission.
  • 3:30-7:30pm - Snowcone & Popcorn Station - Costs as posted.
  • 4:00-6:00pm - Facepainting - Kreative Mum, from Saskatoon - Free with admission.
  • 4:00pm-12:00am - Beer Gardens - Costed as posted.  No minors permitted in the marked area.
  • 4:30pm - Lawnmower Races and Smokeshow to follow - Admission Passes Required.  Lawnmowers start to check in at 4:00-4:15pm, Smokeshow start to check in at 4:45-5:00pm.  Participant Parking and Unloading at Arena Parking Lot if needed.  Participant Staging and Registration Area at North Parking Lot (see map!)

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 12

☀️ Community Church Service - 10:30am - at New Community Centre, 703-2nd Street East - bring your own picnic lunch and lawn chairs / blankets to follow the service.  Volunteers can help set up and clean up chairs at the venue.
