OCTOBER EVENTS:

  • 15-21 – SK Library Week and also SK Education Week.  Check out the “Bookspine Poetry Contest”!   https://bookspinepoetrycontest.ca/.
  • 16-22 – SK Waste Reduction Week – in its 17th year, Waste Reduction Week is promoting theme of “Too Good to Waste.”  Find more resources at: SaskWasteReduction.ca or wrwcanada.com.
  • 18 – Town Council Meeting, 7.00pm

  • 19 – Hepburn School Family Fun Night, at Hepburn School, 5.30-7.30pm.  Hot Dog Supper, Games, and More.  Watch for more details.  Funds raised are going towards The Outdoor Classroom.  See posters.
  • 19 – Hepburn After School Program INFORMATION FLYERS available soon!  Flyers will be available on the website and through school.  For info and input, contact info@hepburn.ca
  • 20 – Family Movie Night, at Hepburn School, 7.00pm.  Free admission, concession items available for purchase.
  • 20-21 – TOWN WIDE FALL CLEAN-UP DAYS, 9am-9pm.  Town Compound at Arena.  Watch for posters about accepted and non-accepted materials.  **Also we already booked in our dates for Spring 2018 and Fall 2018 already!
  • 21 – Winter Sports (hockey/skating) Equipment Exchange, at Arena.  Time – 1.30pm.
  • 23/30/N6/13/20/27/D4/11  – Hepburn Helping Hands Quilting Group.  900am start, at Centre.  Contact Alice Pilatus at 306-947-4643.
  • 23/24 – Mixed Bowling League Nights.  Mixed League runs Mondays & Tuesdays 7.00pm.  Teams of 4 and sign up as a team, or we will help you find a team.   Contact Janet Hamilton at 306-947-2192.
  • 25 – Morning Coffee at The Centre, by The Centre.  Reminder that all are welcome.  Wednesdays 9-10am.
  • 26 – NEW: Co-Ed Volleyball for Adults Begins – Mondays, 7.00-8.45pm, at Bethany College Gym.  Contact Leanne Thiessen at 306-947-4322 or Lisa at 306-947-2170.
  • 27-28 – Senior Girls and Boys Volleyball Tournament – at Hepburn School and Bethany College.

  • 31 – Halloween – Children go around town from after school until early evening.  Drive with extra caution.   Watch for other safety notices.
