Bylaws: Bylaws are the municipal regulations that guide the work of the Town. The Town Council, in conjunction with Town Staff, provide the framework for the function, procedures, and fees for town services. Bylaws complaints and violations are monitored and enforced by the Twin Rivers Bylaws Officer. The current Town of Hepburn Bylaws are listed below:
Did you know that we have a Bylaws Officer who responds to bylaw complaints and concerns? The Officer will follow-up registered complaint files by stopping by the residence and leaving a door knocker if you are not home.
